Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics on page views and feature usage to improve the Service. We do not track individual browsing behavior across third-party sites.
Payment data: Billing information is processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain your account and subscription
- Send transactional emails (signup confirmation, billing receipts)
- Deliver Telegram alerts if you connect a bot
- Improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. On-Chain Data
Whale Forensics analyzes publicly available on-chain transaction data from prediction markets. Wallet addresses and trade data displayed on the platform are public blockchain records, not personal data provided by users.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track users across sites. We may use essential cookies for authentication session management.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
