By accessing or using Whale Forensics (“the Service”), operated at whaleforensics.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Whale Forensics provides forensic analytics and intelligence for prediction market activity, including adjusted win rates, strategy classification, signal scoring, and cluster detection. The Service is provided for informational and research purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All data, scores, and analyses are provided “as is” without warranty. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Accounts and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account page. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate shown at checkout.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data beyond your API tier limits; (b) redistribute raw data feeds commercially; (c) use the Service for market manipulation or any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary scoring algorithms.

6. Intellectual Property

Signal scores, strategy classifications, whale identities, and adjusted win rate methodologies are proprietary to Whale Forensics. On-chain trade data is public; our enrichment and analysis layers are not.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whale Forensics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
